Built in 2003 with a full refurbishment in 2005, Emperor Fraser is one of the more experienced Egypt liveaboards in the Emperor fleet.

Emperor Divers is one of the larger scuba operators and has been running high quality liveaboard expeditions in the Red Sea for many years now, and this translates into a lot of know-how when it comes to running successful diving trips in Egypt. This includes offering nitrox to trained divers, running on board diving courses at low prices, and the sale of dive computers to guests at heavily discounted prices. Their high service standards are maintained by 2 professional divemasters on each cruise and 2 motorised dinghies on hand to ferry divers to and from the sites.

The Emperor Fraser is a wooden motor yacht, capable of accommodating up to 18 divers in its 8 comfortable en-suite cabins, and Master Suite that has a double bed and free of charge minibar. Along with the cabins, the saloon is also air-conditioned, ensuring comfort in the Red Sea heat. It is equipped with enough distractions to make surface intervals fly by, such as a large flat screen TV, movie and book library. 2 well-stocked bars provide fuel for discussions about the day's Red Sea diving.

As with all Emperor's Egyptian liveaboards, the Fraser has a computer for guest use so that photographers can download photos, edit them, (delete them :)), and then burn them to CD. It also has free internet use on the computer and for those with laptops.

Emperor Fraser provides Egypt liveaboard diving accommodation in 1 Master Suite and 8 comfortably sized Standard cabins all with private en-suite bathrooms. Of the Standard cabins, there are 6 larger twin bed cabins and 2 smaller twin-bunk cabins on the lower deck. The Master Suite is on the main deck and features a double bed, TV and DVD player, and a minibar.

Menu, Cuisine Type...

Food served on board encompasses international and Italian cuisine and local delicacies.
Main meals consist of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
Food is served buffet style in the main deck air-conditioned saloon.
BBQ on the upper deck on the final evening of the cruise.
Bar snacks are available all day long and include biscuits and fruit which, together with tea & coffee, water and soft drinks, are complimentary.
Chocolate bars, beer, wine and other alcoholic drinks are available for purchase on board.
With prior notice, all diets can be catered for, including vegetarian and halal diets.
Catering starts with dinner on first day.
