KLM Sea Safari 6 is a delightful Buginese Phinisi schooner which operates liveaboard diving safaris around Komodo and Raja Ampat, many of which are for 6 nights' duration. It is therefore a great option for those who are seeking an Indonesian liveaboard trip of no longer than a week. This liveaboard is Indonesian-owned and crewed by friendly local staff.

The yacht accommodates 20 guests in double and twin bed cabins, all of which have small private bathrooms. It features Indonesian carvings and cuisine and Balinese art in the cabins. Sea Safari 6 delivers a more authentic, local Phinisi experience than some of its competitors.

There are 4 decks for guests to enjoy, which creates a lot of space on what is not the largest liveaboard in the area. It is nicely furnished and features good quality entertainment facilities, comfortable relaxation spaces and a spacious dive station. The air conditioned dining room, which features a computer and power points, is on the main deck. The diving station, as with many of the Phinisi schooners is situated on the bow of the main deck with rows of tanks in stations along the starboard and port side.

There is an open air seating area which is on the upper deck toward the stern. It features comfortable seating over the wooden deck and is shaded. The is also an open-air Jacuzzi in which to relax. For sun lovers there is a large separate sun deck which is a great place to work on your tan or take in the beautiful passing views. Energetic guests can use the kayak to explore the nearby islands. You can even climb up the mast to 1 of 2 look out platforms for a more commanding view.
